Listening to Your Gut

Do you ever have times you know what the right decision is but you just hate to admit it?

I had that happening recently about a particular choice I had to make.

My mind really wanted to do something and yet my stomach got squirmy every time I imagined it.

In the end I had to say no.

And then I relaxed knowing whatever I needed to make this goal happen would show up.

People who are clairsentient get their intuition through feeling. Thus the signals often come through their body…an upset belly when there’s a lack of truth, an anxious feeling inside when something feels wrong, and even goosebumps as an affirmation.

Yet do we listen to these inner signals? Often they are subtle and are minds are busy directly our life choices.

It takes slowing down, checking in, and honoring our inner knowing.

How is it for you? I invite you to take the time to learn how your body signals you. Even if you aren’t clairsentient your body has an ability to know things your mind doesn’t.

And learning how your body signals you is key to living life from a place of congruence and inner peace.

So next time your stomach gets weird, you just feel strange, or you can’t relax, try to dig deeper, settle in, and listen to your body. What are these signals telling you?

The body doesn’t lie…she’s got messages and wisdom. All we have to do is receive them and understand them.
