Resting Into the New Year

Pause and be still as you enter the new year. Let your body rest, wash it with love. Acknowledge your work and the new life you have created.

From Munnara
Dear Beloveds,
As you stand at the finale of your year please take time to pause and be still. You are tired, even while leaning towards the new.

Let your body rest. Wash it with your love. Allow yourself to be in between, in the unknowingness of this moment. You have come far. Acknowledge your work and the new life you have created.

For those of you in pain, hold yourself gently. Find a deep loving kindness for those parts still struggling towards wholeness. Let your pain be OK.

Dear ones, you stand on a precipice of newness that has not yet fully arrived. See if you can generate compassion for all that which is not right nor resolved.  Let the unknown and unresolved exist. Be still and at peace with its presence.

Feel your emotions, then rest. Find the pause. Be in it.

Be assured, your energy and vision will return. For now, breathe deep

Much love, dear ones,

From Kristina
Dear Beloved Tribe,
Wow, what a time. It's like we ran a race and we're tired.

Tonight's full moon at 9:28pm, Central time is in emotional Cancer. This moon asks us to take care of ourselves and "hermit up,"as astrologer Molly McCord puts it.

Notice if you have been giving yourself away, taking care of others needs before your own. How can you take care of yourself now?

You could also be feeling a new creative surge and a readiness to move forward. This is a great time to make your goals for 2021.

Personally I am in the creation process, dreaming and planning, while also resting and being still.

Present Inspirations:

Tim Whild of Practical Ascension. Here's a beautiful meditation.

The Art of Holding Space: A Practice of Love, Liberation, and Leadership by Heather Plett. This inspiring book is a deep exploration of how to be present for others while still holding boundaries and a sense of self. I have found this book to artfully address issues I've grappled with for decades.

Enjoy the end of the year, my friends. Be well.

Much love,
Kristina
