We are a group of energies coming from the Pleiades.We have come to speak to you through this channel.

Hope for Your Future

We wish to bring you hope for your future.

We know many of you are deeply disappointed and afraid for the state of your Earth and we say, have faith. Please know that many new technologies are coming forth in the minds of your people to bring fresh solutions to old problems.

Know that truly you are in a long re-birth on your planet.

Working with Emotions and Thinking

We wish to speak about your emotions and ways of thinking.

We know that many of you are struggling to master ways of being that interfere in your spiritual growth and inner peace. These are emotions and thoughts such as anger, self-judgment, and negative thinking.

When these arise, ask yourself what you need. See if there is some inner part of yourself, your inner child, inner teenager, or inner young adult, who needs to be listened to and loved. See if there is a part of yourself that was hurt or damaged that needs attention.

We ask that you spend a few moments morning and evening sending divine love to these parts of yourself.

From there, see if it is possible for you to view all humans with divine love, knowing they too have struggles, just as you do. See them from a distance, generating kindness and compassion for each being.

We know you will find this easier and easier and from here kindness to all will come more naturally. It is these moments of stopping to re-generate your inner self that will help to create your personal growth you so deeply strive for.

We will leave you for now but know you can call on us.

We outer galaxy beings are available to advise and uplift you. We stand here, waiting to be invited in.
