Most of us have periods where we fall into daily life,
unable to make the changes we deeply desire.

We forget we can redesign parts of our lives such that we feel
greater love and appreciate for ourselves.

Once you're grounded in your self-care practices you will:

  Be able to make decisions and choices with greater ease.
  Navigate the world considering yourself as well as those around you.

In this class I will take you through my step-by-step process to help you make small significant changes that bring your life back into the balance and peace you desire.

In these four classes we will cover:

Self-Love: Simple Practices for Inner Care

✱ Design a daily practice that works for you.

✱ Make it easy, timely, and doable.

✱ Integrate pauses throughout the day to breathe, slow   down, and return to self.

Self-Kindness: Exploring and Creating Boundaries 

✱ Are you saying Yes when a No is better for you?

✱ Do you know what you need in order to feel deeply well?

✱ Inquire within, find what's true, have a loving, kind conversation with those closest to you and make new choices to propel your well-being forward.

Self-Talk: Sweetening What You Say to Yourself

✱ Are you tough on yourself through your inner dialogue?

✱ Learn to recognize the negative voice and re-direct it in a more positive direction.

✱ Cultivate a new way of speaking to yourself that is loving and kind.

Body-Love: Bringing Rest and Slowness

✱ Do you pack your days so by the end you feel exhausted and overwhelmed?

✱ Recognize and choose a slower pace of life that allows you to be in touch with yourself and how you feel.

✱ Acknowledge your need to rest, have stillness, and time alone. Find the perfect balance for you.

The biggest thing for me in this respect is putting myself first. Historically I've always put others first...and often I didn't consider what that meant for me.

...energetically I didn't realize how much my LACK of boundaries in this area was affecting me before this class.

So I'm a stronger, more rested...than I was at the start and this will continue to develop over time...
