✱ Do you know what you need in order to feel deeply well?
✱ Inquire within, find what's true, have a loving, kind conversation with those closest to you and make new choices to propel your well-being forward.

Body-Love: Bringing Rest and Slowness
✱ Do you pack your days so by the end you feel exhausted and overwhelmed?
✱ Recognize and choose a slower pace of life that allows you to be in touch with yourself and how you feel.
✱ Acknowledge your need to rest, have stillness, and time alone. Find the perfect balance for you.
The biggest thing for me in this respect is putting myself first. Historically I've always put others first...and often I didn't consider what that meant for me.
...energetically I didn't realize how much my LACK of boundaries in this area was affecting me before this class.
So I'm a stronger, more rested...than I was at the start and this will continue to develop over time...
