Keeping Steady...

Finding inner peace and steadiness during a time of turmoil and loss. Sharing love and companionship with your small pod of family and friends.

Dear Beloved Tribe
We are deep in summer and many of us are finally finding more inner peace and forward motion.

It has been a time like no other and has pressed us to our very core. Sometimes I don't know what to say or do...I just continue to go deeper inside, finding moments of joy, peace, and wellbeing, while also grieving what is lost.

People keep asking me what I think about this time or what will happen and I have to say it looks like it will go on for a while..at least til  the end of the year. We have to steady ourselves, find what's working and keep going.

Will we travel again? I expect so. Will it be the same? I doubt it.

Now it is time to find pleasure in your present location and moment. To find all the delicious nuances and beauty where you are and close by.

I know many people who have "a pod." Meaning there are certain people, a small number, you hug, visit, and spend time with. Either your family or a few friends.

I have found my love and appreciation for these people deepening. And moments of sharing, eating food, or being in nature taking on a divine quality.

And sometimes I flip out...at those times, as an extrovert, I call friends..."I'm in the human condition. Can you listen?"

Or from another friend, "I need to whine. Are you there?"

This is who we are now...a human chain of love and support, amidst change and discomfort.

On another note, I am now channeling Munnara verbally. You can listen to her message HERE. In its 7 minutes, she talks about new perspectives, working with projects, and pacing.

The full moon is Monday, August 3rd, at 10:58am, CDT. This Aquarius moon is providing an opening to help see where we will be going in the next six months.

It should help us glimpse into our future and map a way forward. Whew! We all need that!! Listen more from astrologer Molly McCord.

Dear beloveds, I hope you are finding your way into well being moment by moment...and that your heart has fullness.

Much love,
Kristina
