From the Whales
We are the whales, the humpbacks that travel in the oceans past this place your channel resides in. We speak to you of being settled within yourselves, regardless of what is happening around you. Be slow, dear humans. Find the ballast within your heart. Sing the song of peace even amidst distress.
This is what we do. The oceans, they are dirty, there are disturbing sounds and yet the fish swim, you beautiful humans swim, and we have our tribe of whales, those we love.
There is grandness within you. We ask you to live it and bring health back to where you live and where we live.
Will you please think of things you can do in your daily life that helps where we live, the ocean? Less plastic, less pesticides. Help your young ones develop their minds. There are ways to power your ships without your toxic fuels. Indeed these are waiting to be found. They were known before and exist in your vibratory history.
We entreat you to do these things. Our future rests in your hands. And we are part of the heart of your planet. We are love, we are an advanced species from another planet that came here aeons ago and took refuge in your oceans when there was no other place on our planet. We too had gone through a time of loosing our resources.
The answers for your problems are not far from you. Have faith. Know you can turn this around. Please humans, we wish to live...and we wish you to flourish. For that you need your oceans and us.

Dear Beloved Tribe,
It feels like a strong beginning of the year. We are charged to build solid containers, rise up, be authentic, and create something new for ourselves and our culture.
It is a powerful directive and there is much to release and re-organization, as well as inner work to do in order to make it solid. Pure hearted intention from a place of guidance will help us move forward step by step.
My yoga teacher reminds me to stay present to the breath and to this moment. Breathing in and out, saying I am here!
It's not an easy time dear ones. Take care of yourselves, find gentleness, and retreat from the world as often as you need.
