Dear Beloveds,
You are the midst of radical change. Your planet is on fire with illness. We know for many of you this brings fear. And yet for others you are reveling in the time, the slow down, and the call back to deep simplicity.
We ask that you remain calm as often as possible. Fear will arise. Let it wash over you and then pass. Use your tools...the EFT, the balancing of left and right brain, and grounding. Come back to your center as quickly as possible and acknowledge you are human. Lend yourself loving compassion.
As you move in the world, extend kindness and serenity as often as you can. Take care of your life, be prepared. Please limit your exposure to the news. Yes you must know and yet also it is your responsibility to be in inner peace. You find the balance.
We are here with you to offer strength and stability. Ask for our help. Ask your angels and spend time in Mother Nature as often as possible.
Be as if you are riding a large wave, in the present moment and making change moment by moment as is needed.

We are in the Great Awakening, the deeply uncomfortable change of the world. We have all known it was coming and yet, it is a stunning event.
We are called to dig in and be well, to take precautions, and cultivate our inner peace.
Now is the time to use everything you've been learning over all these years. Meditate, ground, be in nature, walk in silence, and use your specific tools to clear your energetic field and emotions.
Take care of yourself, make your well being and those around you your priority.
